Work Description: Pressure valve needed to be replaced. Water pressure was decreasing significantly after being turned on throught my home, including the outside spicket.
Comments: Within seconds of requesting service via the web, I received a call from Terry. After a few moments on the phone, he had a good idea of the problem. He committed to be here within the hour, and was true to his word. I also appreciated him explaining the situation and providing a resolution.
