Work Description: Broken cut-off valve on water line between meter and house. Repair water line break and leak.
Comments: Original contact, prompt and professional. Wentworth insisted that all public utilities "sign off" on digging before then would begin. That's professional. Workers were competent, courteous, both military veterans, worked with industry for long hours and did not leave until the job was done at 6:30 p.m. One problem resulted when the water line completely broke and the workers had not earlier shut off the water at the meter. They did not have equipment to shut off the water and so an enormous amount of water ran into the yard and street until Metro Water arrived about 30 minutes after I called. Metro has not yet informed me of the cost to me for this oversight. Wentworth, however, did a fine job of repair; I would recommend Wentworth to others.
