Work Description: We had 2 toilets replaced, a new kitchen sink and faucet put in, a new bathroom faucet put in and a bunch of shut off valves replaced.

Comments: The work was done in a professional manner and the tech always wore covers on his shoes while in our house which I thought was very considerate. I feel that we were charged a fair price for the work done and I really liked the whole company's attitude. They were all very nice to work with and put a lot of emphasis on building our trust. I would use again and I would highly recommend.

Work Description: I have a boiler type furnace which is also my hot water supply. After major power surge from downed lines, furnace not working. Diagnosed and repaired same day.

Work Description: Determined what my friend did wrong when he tried to fix the diverter valve and caused flooding and major ceiling damage. And fixed it. He also fixed a loose fitting on my kitchen sink lever. He explained why my water was yellowish and other aspects about water and plumbing.

Comments: These people are real, down-to-earth, pleasant and competent. The plumber I had also had the greatest sense of humor I have seen ever. He explained things completely. He did not look down at my need for reeeeely concrete explanations and information. The owner, Steve, is very accommodating and helpful. I don't think you will find a better outfit out there. I had to pay a bit more for travel time but it was worth it. Don't overook these guys - or the helpful lady who was just as pleasant on the phone.

Work Description: They installed an on demand Hot Water system in my condo on 1/15/2010. They also removed the old tank and capped off the previous vent pipes. They got all the necessary approvals and inspections from the Town and the installer had all the proper licenses to work on natural gas.

Comments: So far (5days) everything is beautiful. I got what you guaranteed. I have requested some paperwork from them in order to file for rebates. I hesitate on the price because I had lower estimates, but they did not have proper licenses. I will use them again if needed. Very polite and respectful installer and VP.
