Comments: first of all he would not quote me a price over the phone - I thought that that was what was supposed to happen (it should have raised a red flag -but it didn't) and stupid us let him come to the house. When he got here he gave us a price of $300 for the three valves --since he was already here we asked him to come down a bit with his price - he did come down to $275 - if we had known he was going to charge this amount of money and if he had given us a quote over the phone we would never have told him to come to the house -- he agreed to replace all three shutoff valves for $275. However he replaced only two of them telling us that the third one just needed taped - which he did. After he was finished we mentioned since he only replaced two of the valves and taped the other one would the price still be $275 - ofcourse he said. Why do all plumbers (as it sure looks like it) think they have the right to rip people off.

Work Description: We had to have our kitchen sink and bathtub faucets replaced. Our Plumber was Mour. He had to leave to get a few things,but he told us in advance.

Comments: Now,eventually we have to have our toilet replace. I wouldn't have anyone else but Mour do the job. We were very satisfied!!! I like the fact that Mour gave us a price before he even started the job. Also,we went on Networx,Acqua Pure was the first to call in a matter of minutes. Thanks for this great service!!!!

Work Description: Plumber had to go into crawlspace to shut off water ( which was easily accessable and clean). Then he placed two new washers on the existing hot and cold water knobs, Which came off easily because they were already new and screwed back on just as easily, Which took approimately 20 minutes and he charged me $110.00 which I though was an overcharge!!!!!!!!!!

Work Description: Hot water was running in the tub full blast, could not shut the water down from the main shut off valve.

Comments: I immediately went online to this plumbing network site and entered my information. Less than 10 minutes later Mour from Acqua Pure Plumbing was taking my address and on his way. He arrived soon after. Shut the main water valve down(which I couldn't do). He removed the fixture & stem, diagnosed the problem, gave a great estimate for an emergency repair on a Saturday and fixed the problem within 1/2 hour. He was fast, reliable, & affordable, did not take advantage of us.

Work Description: A very bad leak from drain between kitchen and bath behind wall and also leak in upstairs shower and tub.

Comments: We were online searching for a plumber in our area when a plumber we once used did not return our call. Mour from Acqua called us within hours of submitting request for help online. He arrived promptly when he said he would and gave us an estimate of work to be done. We needed help right away and the price was right. Bob the plumber did the work and Acqua contacted a tile guy to fix the tile and walls. All the work was done in a day for under $1500.00. We are very happy and will call them again for future work.
