They were on time, checked everything out and determined it was a dishwasher problem and suggested we contact appliance repair as that wasn't their area of expertise. There was no charge since we didn't need their services.

Comments: I had an impendending home inspection for a house I am selling but have never been in and the gas company could not turn on the gas because of a possible leak. Ernie's went out to do an estimate for a gas line repair the next day and I was told that nothing needed to be done because all the appliances were electric. I was not charged for the initial site visit as advertised. I am impressed with their fast reponse and their honesty regarding my situation and will definetly use them next time I need a plumber.

Work Description: He gave me an estimation for finding a leak. Was high, but he was excellent and very professional so I agreed. He spent 45 minutes digging dirt out from around the house shut-off before he gave me the estimation for the work.No charge for all the digging he did.
Comments: He came back on the morning agreed and spent almost 2 hours working with our house and sprinkler system pipes. Appears it was not a leak in our pipes, but was possibly a faulty S. Tawokoni water meter. No charge since he never found a leak. I was floored and felt bad that he had been so great and then got no money. Will call him in the future, very impressed with how professional he is.

Work Description: My husband was installing our new washer. In loosening the old washer hoses, he caused water to start leaking in the wall between our washer/dryer area and the shower wall in the master bath. It was Sunday afternoon, and all 4 members of my family DEFINITELY needed showers before school on Monday. I called at least 30 other plumbers and got recordings. When Ernie's Plumbing answered with a live person, I was very happy. When he told me someone would be at my house in 30-45 minutes, I was deliriously happy. His 2 employees did the work very quickly and efficiently. The price of $195 took me a little by surprise, but come on......what was I expecting for such prompt service on a Sunday afternoon at 5:00? Fortunately, my husband happened to already have all the parts necessary for the repair. All in all, I was thoroughly pleased with this plumbing service, and when I have plumbing needs in the future I will not hesitate to call Ernie's again.
