Work Description: Damaged Stop & Supply Line on 1/2 bath commode. Fred was able to remove the soldered fitting and replace it with a compression fitting.
Comments: It neat to see someone who actually enjoy their work. This guy is good at what he does and he has fun doing it.

Work Description: I had a problem with the pilot light in my hot water heater going out repeatedly. The hot water heater was in my attic. The technician checked everything and knew the problem wasn't the thermocoupling or the venting system. He called the manufacturer's tech support, and he was told that the filter needed to be cleaned, which is no easy fete. He used a bottle brush to clean the filter, located on the bottom of the heater. He had to prop it up with a sledge hammer in order to get underneath it. Otherwise it would have to be drained and tipped over to get to it. Not a good idea with it being in the attic.
Comments: It was so nice to get my problem solved without feeling like I was getting ripped off or being talked into something I didn't need. Fred was honest, fair, and knowledgeable. He did his job in a professional manner. The only reason I game him 3 stars for punctuality is that he was late, but when I called, he came right away. Would definitely call again.
