Work Description: My toliet was leaking from top floor to the room below. The wax seal had to be replaced.
Comments: SOS sent me a plumber within 20 minutes after I submitted my request. It was a Saturday night after 7:30 p.m. In 30 min. he reset my toliet and caulked it and the plumber was walking out the door. He was very pleasant and they did not charge me evening or weekend rates. I will refer them to my family and friends. Great work in a timely fashion.

Work Description: We had the plumbing replaced in the laundry room. Our house was built in 1954 and the plumbing was old , leaked and backed up. I described it as creative but he described as illegal.
Comments: He had everything done in one afternoon. He didn't make a big mess and instructed my son-in law how to install a sink. He was clean, polite, with excellent manners. He explained everything that he was doing and why. As I was the one paying the bill that made me feel good. I will use him in the future when we can do some more plumbing as the whole house needs it.
