Work Description: Repaired leak on softer loop in ground. Had to change out T and use Slip Fin to Repair. Also had to solder 1 copper coupling.
Comments: The initial call was made promptly after I submitted my request on plumbing networks. The two guys that showed up were on time, friendly, and quick. The job lasted an hour and was definitely well worth the price. I also take it as a plus that they didn't talk down to me because I'm female. I'd definitely use this company again and will recommend them anytime.

Work Description: found that my leak was coming from my reverse osmosis system. Cleaned up the water and referred me to a restoration service to help get my cabinets & walls dry.
Comments: He could have just had the restoration service clean up all of the water, but he got as much water out for me as he could with his shop vac. I felt like that was going above & beyond.
