Being the kind of guy that’s not handy I was a little embarrassed calling you for such a small job. Changing the shower head seemed like a simple enough job until it snapped off in the wall! Work Description: Just wanted to let you know that as a single mother it is nice to know your techs are background checked and drug tested. That’s a real plus with today’s view of the trades. Work Description: My water heater was leaking so I called around. Your company was the fastest to respond with my schedule. I figured I was in for a thousand bucks or so for a new water heater. Your plumber came right out, diagnosed the problem and told me all that was needed was a safety valve. He replaced it for under $200.00 with the service call!! I
Comments: have a plumber in my family but he lives 2 hours away. When I told him what I had done he was impressed. He said most plumbers probably would have taken advantage of the situation and sold me a new heater. YOU GUYS ARE KEEPERS. Cant’t wait for my next disaster to work with you again Gerry in Winchester
