Work Description: we had a clog which was causing problems with the washing machine and upper bathroom face basin.
Comments: we spoke to paul on tuesday, he came by about 7pm, looked at the problem and said he would return wednesday at 4pm. he did, snaked the clog, replaced a pipe the washer, but needed some other parts to finish up the upper bathroom clog. Said he would return thursday around 2pm. he did not show and I called him to find out what was going on and he said he came by around 1230pm while I was out running errands. I asked him: why he didn't call me and he said, he didn"t have my number with him. he then said he could come on friday between 9am and 10am, of course he was late, my husband called him around 1015am and he said he would be here in 20 minutes. he did show up and is finishing up the work. although the level of work has been good and taken care of, I was not happy with how long it has taken. paul was repectful, and got the job done-finally.
