Work Description: Ernie replaced a defective pump for the sink and toilet in the basement. He did so without any type of mess.
Comments: I liked his work ethic a lot. I was so surprised that he called early and came the same day.. Next time I need a plumber, he's it!!! Three of the four plumbers whose names were listed called also, but later in the day.

Comments: Ernie and his partner were on time and very professional. They not only took care of the problem but made sure they left everything exactly the way they found it. Average price for this job is $450 but after explaining that my wife and I have just recently returned to work after being laid off for nearly 3 years, worked with me to fit my budget.
