Work Description: My sewer main was blocked with roots.

Comments: Jared came out immediately. He looked at my house set up, and due to a remodle needed to go through the roof to avoid making a mess. He did not have the equipment available that night, but called a friend of his from another company and they were there within a half an hour. I really appreciate that he came out and instead of making a huge mess of my bathroom by taking my toilet off, or telling me I had to wait until the morning when he could get the equipment, he was willing to do what was best for me, even though he didn't make a profit.
