Work Description: Basement install of Durastall shower and Kohler toilet. Repaired minor code violation with Kitchen drain stack, and washer drain. Replaced old shutoff valve that was difficult to access with a 1/4 turn ball valve. Installed 2 new valves off of existing supply lines for a future bar sink. Repaired small leak in cold water supply line close to the water heater.

Comments: Work took a total of 2 full days, scheduled for Monday and Tuesday. Monday consisted of all underground piping and rough in for the fixtures, along with the repair of the small leak in the supply line. The shower was unavailable for purchase on Tuesday and so another day was scheduled at my convenience and not theirs to finish the work. Everything was finished that Saturday, (Today), and for the quoted cost. These guys are true professionals. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They called ahead 30 minutes prior each time. They cleaned up after themselves. They worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently. I will definitely go to the C. Lee Services again for any of my future plumbing needs.

Work Description: Unclogged kitchen sink.

Comments: First of all, Chris did complete the job. Everything works now. The problem is the exorbitant cost! It cost us $195 to have my kitchen sink unclogged. Other plumbers quoted us between $50 - $75 over the phone, but they didn't have any openings until later in the week. Pros: They will answer the phone and get the job done. Cons: They will charge 3x to 4x what other plumbers will charge.

Work Description: My hot water tank would not light. It had been operating fine. I entered my info on this site and Chris called within 5 minutes. He asked me some questions and told me to contact the manufacturer because the unit would be under warranty. Upon contacting Whirlpool, it turned out to be a minor problem and I was able to get the unit started. Chris impressed me with his honesty. He could have easily made an appointment and made money on a service call.

Comments: Honest, punctual and polite. I did not need his service this time but I will DEFINITELY call him with problems in the future. I would also highly recommend him based on his honesty.

Work Description: Toilet and shower stopped draining and became very backed up; C. Lee Services found there were roots in the drain pipe and they remove it.

Comments: Chris and Justin were very punctual and friendly, especially considering they served us on the day before Christmas Eve. We needed fast service because we were hosting our family. They were both extremely courteous, explained everything thoroughly, and even cut us a break on the price. Comments: Mr. Lee's sons came to replace my electric hot water tank. They were very polite, punctual and knowledgeable. Mr. Lee's quote was far below the other 5 quotes I received! The great thing was, after the work was finished, which was more extensive than I expected, I asked, :how much?" They said, "We quoted a price. That's the price!" Nothing was added to the original quote. I will definitely use this company again.

Comments: They were very prompt and friendly. They ran the pressure test found all leaks and told us if there were still problems after the gas company came out they would return in the same day. I'm very satisfied with their work and would call them again if I need to.
