Work Description: Fixed gas leak by retightening conncetions with pipe dope and replacing a leaky valve.
Comments: Chris, the service man, made it to Oakville, MO from St. Charles, MO 50 minutes after he got off the phone with me. He analyzed the problem and told me what he was going to do to correct problem. He completed his efforts in about 45 minutes and was on his way. Chris was affiable and very professional. In fact he called me the next morning to make sure every thing was ok. That is what I call service! The Laclede gas inspector came about 2 hours later and quickly passed the work done. I am most impressed with the work and attitude of C and M Plumbing and will use them again. I will also recommend C and M to many people. Comments: Cost a lot more than Estimate of Price, Was not told of Final Cost, Until Job was Done. Retired & on a Fixed Income.,
