Work Description: We thought our problem was with a faulty water heater so we got a new one and had it installed. This did not take care of our hot water problem so we asked Campbell's Plumbing to come back they sent same person out and after crawling in the crawl space he discovered there was a busted pipe. He was able to fix it and now we have hot water, yeah!
Comments: The only thing that bothered me was that the kept telling me how bad my Whirpool water heater was and in the end that was not the problem. I would have like them to trouble shoot a little more before having to make me go through the trouble of getting a new one. They didn't charge me for the second visit they made out which helped.
