Work Description: INSTALL GAS LINE FOR GAS GENERATOR
Comments: THIS GUY WAS THE LOWEST. AFTER HE GOT MY MONEY AND THE GAS LINE HE INSTALLED DIDN'T SUPPLY ANY GAS . HE MADE SIX APPOINTMENTS TO COME TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I HAD TO CALL IN ANOTHER PLUMBER WHO WITHIN FIVE MINUTES FOUND THE PROBLEM CARTERS UNLICENSED HELPER WHO DID THE JOB (I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GET A REAL PLUMBER) DID NOT PUSH THE QUICK DISCONECT ALL THE WAY IN AND THERE WAS NO GAS. HE COULDNT FIND HIS PROBLEM AND THEY LEFT ME HANGING. SHAME ON THEM. AND SHAME ON YOU IF YOU USE HIM

Work Description: Detach gas and reattach gas dryer during floor replacement. Attach new flex hose.
Comments: The team from Carters was very prompt and efficient. The price was fair for the work performed. I will definitely contact them again for any needed work. I also wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
