    AC and Heating service is a $75.00 diagnostic fee. All repairs are flat rate. Your Service Technician will describe the necessary repairs and get your approval prior to any work being performed.

    Plumbing service includes drain cleaning, leak repair, fixture replacement to include standard and tank-less water heaters. There is a $75.00 service fee that will include the first hour on site.

    AC tune up

Work Description: He redid two units in our house and got us new systems and added ducts to a room that wasn't properly ventilating. He also did some pipe work.
