Work Description: Hot Water heater issues
Comments: Frankie showed up a bit early to his appointment time and was very knowledgeable of the issue at hand as well as a few other issues I brought to his attention. He handled them all professionally and quickly. Would definitely use them again and give them a shining recommendation.

Work Description: My wife and I had a 50 gallon LP hot water tank replaced with a 40 gallon unit. They did this in an upstairs attic in the garage...and worked in a small space; hot, too. And they brought the new unit w/ them saving us an extra trip. The men (Brandin and Gary) not only installed the new unit, hauled away the old one, but they corrected "plumbing" that previously not up-to-code (and we didn't know it).
Comments: Cold on the Right is top-notch in every respect. The quote they provided "was the price they charged!" Brandin, the owner, phoned within two hours of my posting needs. He asked a few questions, gave me a quote, and a time frame, AND then delivered on every promise! The guys not only know what they are doing...they are honest and trustworthy. Thank you, Cold on the Right! You restore faith in the plumbing trade! Jim and Pat PS: The quote Cold on the Right provided was the BEST we had...almost $500 less than the Home Depot "crowd" --which is something that should be stopped. Home Depot "quotes" a $300 installation fee...and then the person who calls (not a Depot employee) keeps raising the price until "one feels" beaten-up. The Home Depot folks seem to charge MUCH for every detail...and they have many.
