Work Description: I had the main drain snaked because water was backing up everywhere.
Comments: I waited and waited for calls back. Ed from EPK called the soonest and gave me a quote right over the phone!! Most of them wouldn't do that. Roro-Rooter wanted $30 just to give an estimate!! Ed owns and does all his own work. Very nice to work with and explains everything as he goes along. Excellent job, and fast!!!!

Work Description: Water valve at the main shut off broke. No water.
Comments: Phone rang almost immedietely after I sent my request. I had someone over in about 1.5 hours and he fixed it in about an hour. Price was maybe a little higher then I'm used to but he was able to restore the water and fix the valve!
