Work Description: I am no plumber, but the work seemed very good.They found the leak pretty quickly, and had the line repaired within about 2 hours.

Comments: I see where they get thier name. Within 5 min of clicking submit, they were calling me and had set up an appointment. I asked if they could be here first thing on a Sat morning and they were on time. Would definitely use them again.

Work Description: We woke up with water leaking out from under the toilet. With Christmas just days away we were super stressed thinking we wouldnt be able to get this fixed before the holidays. I found Fast Response Plumbing online and saw these good reviews and decided to give them a call. Bob was at my home within the hour and not only replaced our wax ring, but replaced our broken shut off valve, and caulked around the toilet as well. All done in about an hour or so! Very relieved and satisfied with how promptly this problem was fixed. Based on our last plumber, we would have been charged more and it would have taken a week for him to come out to the house (thats if hed ever call us back)! Definitly a big improvement. Glad his buisness card is a magnet cus now its up on our refridgerator for next time!

Comments: Will definitly reccomend to anyone we know in the area who needs a plumber!

Work Description: REMOVED THE SCREW STUCK IN THE HANDLE OF THE TUB.

Comments: Robert Scoley arrived on time. He quoted a reasonable per hour amount. Robert was very professional and gave an honest assessment of the other plumbing issues we discussed. I was very pleased with this company.

Work Description: The problem with my hot water heater was not fixed. I had no hot water the next morning. I have called another plumber to try and resolve the problem.

When we left the customer's house the water heater was working. There was a loose wire and we fixed it. Water heater fired up right away and when we left all was well. She never called us back to tell us it was no longer working. We warrant our work and if the same problem reoccurred we would have gladly come out free of charge.

Comments: Service was prompt and quoted price was honored. Fast response plumber, Paul fixed the leak quickly and added a cut off valve to the line for a nominal cost.

Work Description: Back Flow Preventer installation

Comments: Bob was prompt and courteous. The price he quoted was the price I paid. He started the job when he said he would. When the job was completed, you would never know that a plummer had been there....very clean. Bob is my plummer from now on. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Work Description: We needed our 100 year old cast iron tub removed from our upstairs bathroom.

Comments: We called Bob from Fast Response for an estimate. He showed up on time and gave us the estimate for the removal and while he was there, we asked him for an estimate for new pipes in our basement. We agreed to have both jobs done. Bob returned in just a few days and completed both jobs in the same day, as promised, for the price of the estimate. He left our house neat and clean, with no trace of any work being done.
