Work Description: Tree root blocking sewer line outside the house
Comments: Services was slightly different than what I expected but the tech solved the problem with a slight increase in the price quoted on the phone. There was no waiting. The tech was at my house before I had returned from returning a rental. He was kind and thorough in explaining to me the problem that had occurred.

Work Description: Replaced a stack in a very hard to access place.
Comments: Service was polite, prompt, quick, friendly, and not too messy. Price was an awful lot, but less than competitors. Good guys, and I have put their number in my cell phone for future reference. I appreciated that they said they wanted me as a long term customer, and acted like they meant it.
