Unfortunately, he did not have the right snake on his truck and when that didn't work, he had to go back to his shop to get another tool. The price took a big jump at that point, which was a bit of a surprise, but he stayed with it until he got it done.

Comments: So glad I nagavited to NetWorx for listings of licensed plumbers in my city. Although 4 contractors generated from my search, Galaxy came through as the most responsive. Galaxy responded quickly with a telephone call and was able to come to my residence the very next morning to solve my issues! The price was right and service was quick and efficient. The plumber was professional, easy to talk to, and explained things I needed to know. My purchased part was installed within less than 1 hour and I made it to work (long commute) the same morning. I plan on using Galaxy for future plumbing needs and would recommend them to my neighbors.

Comments: Both our toilets were clogged beyond belief. One of them was really messy! The response from the company to our request (made on the website) was very prompt. We didn't even have to call. The rapairwork was done without delay. We were charged per toilet instead of per hour but I guess thats ok. We forgot to avail of the coupon offered on the website but the money was worth it. We would definitely hire this company again.
