Work Description: Replace a broken hot water tank
Comments: Came back home on Friday night to find out that my hot water tank broke and flooded the basement. On next day, Satursday, I submitted a request to plumbingnetworks.com. Within 30 minutes, I received a call back from Rick at Gomes Plumbing. Very friendly, he offered a site inspection at no charge. Rick and someone else showed up within 1 hour, estimated the job at $850-900USD. After 3 hours in the afternoon, my hot water was back to normal. Overall I was very impressed with the job! While the quality of service was pretty good, there was quite a bit of dirt left over in the basement that I had to clean up. Also, I would have hoped they tried to dry up the part of the rug that was left very wet from the flooding - to date I am still trying to dry it up.
