Work Description: I am a landlord who was getting the place ready for new tenant occupancy and after using toilet it overflowed. I was not sure whether this was a recurring problem because my last tenants had not complained but wanted to get the problem checked out before new tenants moved in.
Comments: I got a call from Great Provider (Spence) within about 5 min after leaving my contact info with the website. He talked to me and reassured me he would be available to meet with me the very next day and check it out. Luckily, after he thoroughly checked it out and even went in basement to check out any evidence of water and/or pipe damage, his assessment was that it did not require any work and only charged me for the service call. To me, honesty and integrity is up there along with quality of service and I appreciated so much that he was honest and didn't try to rip me off by billing me for something that I really didn't need to have done. I would give 6 stars if I could. I definitely will use Great Provider Plumbing in the future if I have any issues with plumbling, water heater, etc.

Work Description: Hot water tank pilot wouldn't light
Comments: I really appreciated how much thought he put into fixing the problem. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts or a replacement tank. We did discuss but no pressure. I had a minor issue that resulted in a 4 star quality rating instead of a 5.
