Work Description: Needed to replace seals that were on the pipes that hooked into the water meter.
Comments: It seemed like forever before Bob & Scott arrived. But I think that was partly(if not all) my fault. I didn't stress how severe the problem was. Once they arrived however, they went straight to work, assessed the problem and went to get the gaskets(seals or whatever they're called). Scott called after awhile and told me they had to go to Robertson's in Alliance to get the needed parts because they were a special type. In my opinion they went above and beyond and made sure the job was done right! Good Job Gentlemen!!!!!!
