Work Description: He brought a camera and looked through my mainline sewer and showed me the problem areas with roots. He showed me all along the way. He gave me an estimate of the projected work that needed to be done. He was very nice and informative.
Comments: I may of hired him but I got many estimates that day and another pumber that was recommended by a friend gave me a lower estimate.So I did not hire Jack Stephan . He did have a resonable price and seemed to really know what he was doing. And seemed honest.

Comments: Jack Stephan Plumbing has the best pricing and most honest plumbers. I was lucky to find them after a bad experience with Rescue Rooter which tried to sell me a $6,000 drain replacement when Jack Stephan's plumber found the problem was a pair of glasses stuck in the drain. When the same house required heater replacement Jack Stephan charged 1/3 the cost of ARS (a Home Depot subcontractor). I recommend them whole-heartedly. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and experienced. The Best!

Comments: The service tech was fast, efficient and honest. I had been charged more than twice the price by another contractor (Rescue Rooter) who not only didn't solve the problem but tried to sell me an expensive repiping job that I obviously didn't need. Comments: i was so impressed with this company. the repair guy brian came out within the hour of me calling. he was very courteous and wore feet covers. he didn't have the exact part so he went and got it. he did not charge me for the drive time. he installed the part and test my ac to make sure that it worked. i highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
