Work Description: i think the technicians name was mike im not sure, he fully explained everything he was going to do, he showed me exactly where the leak was and what caused it, when he was through he showed me again, i am very happy with them

Work Description: water heater went out and had no hot water. They wrote up a slip for what I needed and said they would fix it when it arrives. Since the heater was still under warranty I had no choice but to call and get the part.
Comments: I can't complain about the price. All they did was come out and tell me my burner assembly was out and call them back to replace it when the part is done. For a few minutes they got paid well. All they could do was come out and tell me what was needed. I still had to call for the parts and wait for delivery.
