Work Description: backed up main stack, i.e., floor drain and THEN clogged pipe involving kitchen sink to bathtub in add-on plumbing.

Comments: Joe called me first thing Tuesday morning, after I had been online in the wee hours of Monday night (into Tues. morn) looking for reputable plumbing service after coming home from a long weekend to sewage in finished/unfinished basement. He told me he could have someone here in a couple hours, quoted me a price after I told him the situation. Bill was onsite within the given time frame. He respected my home (new carpet) by wearing shoe covers, went straight to work. He finished in the time quoted at the price given. I had used Roto-Rooter 5 yrs. ago at a different home, felt deceived and ripped-off then and it has stuck with me ever since. I have told everyone about Joe and his employees and the great job.

Work Description: Unclogged the floor drain in the laundry room. He had to manuever around the dryer because of tight space in condo utility room. The gentleman did not complain and he went right to work and knew exactly what to do. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK AND WOULD CALL AGAIN . THANKS

Work Description: Laundry Drain stopped up. Joe tried to open with roto-rooter method and coulldn't do it. He said he would have to bust concrete and dig up trap and replace it and drain pipe. Could do it in short time and gave me a price that I thought was very good. So upon approval he accomplished task and was on his way in about 2 and one half hours. Great job. Would highly reccomend him and would not hesitate to call him again for future needs.
