Work Description: install recirculating pump

Comments: Hot water was slow getting up to second floor. I thought I needed a new hot water heater. John told me water heater was fine and suggested installing a recirculating pump. Now, I have hot water upstairs right away and it cost less than $400. A new water heater would have been 3 times more. Thanks, John!!!

Comments: Came quickly when called even just before Christmas. He figured out where the leak was over the other two plumbers we called. He has access to a boring machine co, so cost was 1/2 as much and no digging up the driveway. He even volunteered to help me get into the house after a tooth surgery.

Comments: John is vey friendly and upbeat in his attitude. Very eager to please and listened to what I wanted. I recommended him to my friends already. He's a good plumber to use at a reasonable price. He gave a written estimate and that is what i paid.
