Comments: My washer machine faucets were leaking to the point that I couldn't use the hot water. I had the connecting parts replaced and since this is a very old house, the replacement parts were not easy to find. Joshua was very punctual and told me the price up front and said there'd be no surprises. He had to travel around to a few places but he came back with the parts and replaced them in no time at all. He gave me a quote on moving a clean-out from the back to the front which seemed reasonable compared to a couple of other plumbers. He's a real gentlemen, pleasant and honest. Kate
