Work Description: Under sink leak in bar area of home that a new visitor moved into.
Comments: Service was good, leak was prompty fixed at reasonable rate. HOWEVER I was not warned at time of making appt. that technician was coming from other side of town (NOT MY PROBLEM) and was 1 and 1/2 hour late to appt. time. My time is just as valuable as technician and did not appreciate lack of scheudler's concern re my time. Will NOT use vendor again and will make sure to ask next vendor which areas they service and how familiar they are with scheduling. Thanks,

Comments: Darrick does very good work for me. I have been using him for a long time.
