Comments: The rating is related to the response from Butler plumbing. They were courteous, QUICK reply...within 30 mins of my initial post! and were ready to leap out and check out the problem. He did appear to have information about the hydrants that is not well known to all plumbers, and i felt confident in his ability to do the work. We did seem to fix the o-ring problem ourselves, however, and so i cannot give a true rating as to the work done. If we still have a problem of freezing as the temps dip, i would have confidence in calling Butler should the need arise. He was honest about his pricing over the phone, and gave me ideas as to what i could do to keep the costs more reasonable. It is always a comfort to have the right company for the job on a farm ready to call in when needed!

Comments: Mr. Butler responded to my Internet inquiry within minutes on Saturday evening at 10:00 p.m. with a quote. When I called him on Sunday morning to schedule an appointment, he came immediately and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I was pleased.
