Work Description: A flooded bedroom that shares a wall with a bathroom lead to the need of plumbing help. The initial diagnosis was incorrect and resulted in an unnecessary hole in the wall - and $158 bill for wall repair. Seems like they would start with the least evasive repair investigations first.
Comments: Subcontracted plumber was very friendly, as was the owner. Very punctual. While I wish there would have been a little more investigative work prior to the hole cut in the wall, the end result was a repaired valve stem cartridge and the ability to use the shower. Unfortunately, we later found that the fixtures were installed upside down. The drywall crew was not near as friendly and I was not pleased with our interactions. The job resulted in a bulged float job, which was corrected after 3 visits and a somewhat of an attitude on the crew's part.
