Work Description: I had two problems. I needed an outside water pressure valve installed and a tub faucet repaired. Paul worked very efficiently and when doing the work outside, he was working in the rain. He continued to work and did excellent work. Very impressed.

Work Description: Subterranean water leak
Comments: Our water bill shot way up and indicated a large underground leak. Phillip was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained each step he took in identifying and locating the problem. It turned out to be in an underground connection that he suspected from the beginning as the most likely culprit, and once the leak was found Phillip and another crew repaired it with a minimum of disruption to our yard. Everyone we dealt with at Lanier was terrific and I recommend them highly.

Ernies never made it to give me bid: Mann would not give me bid after I told him of two others: and Excalibur gave me bid and then told me to go to site for discount, but no discount info on site. Will go with Lanier on any future problems
