Work Description: Kholer shower not producing hot water. At the service managers request I took a picture of the shower system and sent it to him so that he could bring the correct model parts to the job.
Comments: The person who attended was the manager of the company and as well as correcting the problem and calling me at work to describe what had to be done he also repaired the ceramic cover of the faucet and didnt charge us for it

Comments: I went to plumbingnetwork.com to get a quote and find a plumber. Lowes responded first, within 5 minutes, and was able to be at my house within the hour. They were on time, called before they showed to ensure I was home, and were quick. The price was quite fair and reasonable and I am VERY happy. Will def use them again.

Work Description: Lowe's Plumbing has installed toilets, did some general plumbing, and ran new lines from the house to the street.
Comments: Lowe's has great customer relations and always show up on time. Everything has been really good.
