Work Description: Broken water pipe leading into the home underground
Comments: Plumber was able to find leak quickly, but due to the angle and he did not arrive at scheduled time 3pm was unsuccessful to repair that 1st day leaving us without water that night. he returned the next day and was able to have us up and running by noon.

Work Description: 1. Kitchen Sink drained water slowly 2. Bath Tub drained water Slowly and had standing water 3. Toilet ran water on it's own
Comments: 1. Unclogged Sink 2. Unclogged Bath Tub and drains well but if you leave it on too long a little water will still back up but drain down quickly 3. Replaced Toilet Handle and Flapper but still find that the toilet will still run on it's own once in a while.

Work Description: Replacement of stems for the hot and cold water facets over the bathtub and replacement of the knobs, including the shower knob. The plumber was professional, did not waste any time with excessive conversation, asked me to show him the bathroom, removed the old parts, showed them to me and explained the problem. Left and went to the supply store to get new parts, explained where he was going, approximately how long it would take and what he had to purchase to complete the job. I was very pleased.
Comments: I was very pleased with the work done. He did not take a lot of time to complete the job. He did not break any of the small tiles around the stems. The job was very well done. Thank you for recommending this plumber. I will call him for another job soon and recommend him to my neighbors and frineds. I did not comment on the price because I was so ready to get this repair done and did not get any other estimates.
