A special part was needed due to the original installation being done improperly, which the plumber acquired on his own, returning quickly to complete the job. He was also courteous and professional. Comments: Prompt telephone response - 5 minutes (even though it was 9:30pm. Referred to specialist. Person answered call ( even though 9:45pm). Appointment for 8:30am. I called 8:45am - tech enroute. Arrived 9:15am. 30 minutes and drain clean. No attempt on gasket leak (minor problem - will address another time)
