Comments: Prompt telephone response - 5 minutes (even though it was 9:30pm. Referred to specialist. Person answered call ( even though 9:45pm). Appointment for 8:30am. I called 8:45am - tech enroute. Arrived 9:15am. 30 minutes and drain clean. No attempt on gasket leak (minor problem - will address another time)

Comments: They responded promptly and courteously. I was very satisfied with the service. I just felt it was a little costly. The part cost $8, however the total bill was $126. Maybe that is the going rate for plumbing. It just caught me a little off guard.
