Work Description: Had badly clogged tub drain. Ended up having entire drain system replaced (system was over 30 yrs. old. Was made of cast iron, and lead pipes).
Comments: Plumbing company responded immediately to e-mail call. Plumber polite and sympathetic as scope of project grew. He explained the 'whys' and costs involved. The clogged drain turned into a 4 hr. project. Overall, had a positive experience with Midland. Gave price 4 stars--had nothing to compare it with.
