We received the comments the homeowner sent in regarding the service provided and we dispute some of the issues they stated. We called the customer the day we received the lead and arranged a scheduled call for the following day between 9-12am. Our tech then called the customer and made them aware when they were on their way and they were running a little behind on their schedule. When the tech arrived he looked at the problem which was called in as “Drain pipe under kit sink leaking and both bathroom faucets are broken”. He then quoted the homeowner the price to replace the drain waste line (P-Trap) and basket strainer. The homeowner approved. The tech did have to leave to go get the material because he had used his basket strainers earlier in the morning, but there was no additional charge for having to go pick up the material. We are competitively priced for our services and the homeowner was advised of the pricing before the work was done. We even waived the $55 estimate fee for Pembroke Pines because we were in the area and it was a Networx lead.
