Work Description: Fix plumbing issue in master bath. Shower head fixture broke off at wall leaving pipe in wall that had to be cut out.
Comments: Mr. Rooter was prompt in responding to my online inquiry. I had an appointment and Howard was here within 2 hours!. The job was complete, mess cleaned up and we were up and running within hours! I will go directly to Mr. Rooter next time! I have never called a plumber before, so I experienced sticker shock, but he knew how to fix my problem. Price that! Thank you for the service!

Work Description: Leaking toilet valve causing water to flood the bathroom and hallway.
Comments: Tech James came out very quickly. He thought changing the valve would fix the problem; however it became more involved. He even had to go back to the shop to get more parts. He did fix it and now everything is working. We had spent the weekend spinning many wet towels, drying them and putting them back down on the floor to soak up the water. Am now happy to have a dry floor. Would call Mr Rooter again if a need arises.

Work Description: I sought estimates to replace 3 toilets. Mr. Rooter actually sent someone to our townhome. While here, he inspected our plumbing. He replaced a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and upgraded the hoses to the washing machine. He pointed out that our hot water heater is 3 yrs beyond its warranty. He did provide competitive estimates for replacing the toilets.
