Comments: Very good plumber, took care of both issues. Very good back-office support as well. Too many of these companies are one person operations where you call a cell phone number and may or may not get someone, which is not the case with Mr. Rooter. The only drawback was the price.

Work Description: Leak under sink in powder room in basement family room.

Comments: Work was done quickly and professionally. Technicians were extremely professional and well organized. Got to the root of the problem right away and suggested putting cut-off valves under the sink (the previoius owners did not install them). I have nothing but good things to say. The price was actually a little high to me and I don't know if I got a Senior Discount or not, but basically I was thrilled to have the leak stopped. Comments: I picked Service Rooter, Inc to complete the job. The owner Steven called me right away and was able to fit me in within the hour. He did a wonderful job explaining what the problem was and also gave me a very reasonable price to fix the problem.
