Work Description: Kitchen faucet replaced
Comments: Service person arrive on schedule. Work was completed in a clean and timely fashion. Pleased with the overall final result. Cost and schedule quoted were met. My only complaint (and this may be the reality across the market, and not only a National Services Pros issue) is faucet price. I was quoted an overall price of installation and materials at under $200. This was met. Labor was $69 for the first hour, and work was completed in this time frame. But the faucet itself, was of the very inexpensive type, which in reality met my requirements. On doing a bit of research after the fact, I found the model faucet place in our kitchen can be bought for $22. If I multiply that figure (for time and labor to purchase) at 100%, and add in the labor I believe this project should of in fact the cost about $113. My cost was over $180, which is the only reason for not giving National Service 5 stars across the board.
