Work Description: Snaked an upstairs toilet. Cleared upstairs shower drain in MBR. Cleared upstairs sink drain in MBR. Leveled downstairs powder room toilet. Gave me info on kitchen sink faucet to get it replaced or repaired.

Work Description: replace garbage disposal
Comments: The owner of New Concepts (John) called shortly after I posted. He thought he could tell me how to fix the situation without hiring anyone. It became apparent that the garbage disposal was broke. We set up a time to replace and had it done. John was cheerful and honest. His prices were reasonable and his employee was professional and personable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
