Work Description: Asses problem in the outside of toilet by the base. Dripping was present and was going down the pipes to the basement. Apparently, the wax ring seal was broken and another part was damaged.
Comments: Excellent! Richard was punctual and very professional. DId a great job efficiently and to my satisfaction. Will call on him again when another situation arises. Also, the price was very reasonable. Thank you.

Work Description: Richard installed a gas line from my kitchen out to my deck so that I could have a gas grill.
Comments: Richard was punctual, extremely friendly, his price was very reasonable, his worker -Al did an extremely nice job, they cleaned up well when finished, and overall did a superb job. I could not be more pleased.
