- Company Overview: After 20 years of serving Northeast Ohio as a plumber for a local, well-respected plumbing company, Jim Pepera decided to strike out on his own and launch Pepera Plumbing in May 2010 in Glenwillow, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio.
We’re not your typical plumbing company. We customize solutions. We want to help you solve the tough plumbing problems that come up. And of course we’ll fix the easy ones, too.
We take care of your home. Pepera Plumbing always has drop cloths, shoe covers, and cleaning supplies on hand so that he doesn’t make a mess on the way in or leave a mess when he’s on his way out.
We explain what happened, why and what it’s going to take to fix it. We do this so that you understand what you’re paying for.
Let us tell you a little bit about this Jimmy guy. Owner Jimmy Pepera originally attended school for design but found that plumbing combined his creativity to practical use – plus he likes being around people. What does that mean for you? Work Description: Basement water and drain backlog
Comments: Jim told me when he would arrive and arrived promptly. I had a few things he took a look at for us then he took care of snaking a laundry drain. The price was more than reasonable. I was pleased that even though he spent quite a bit of time looking at other things for us we only paid for the one item. I know the same service would have been more costly elsewhere. I would recommend using Jim.

Comments: I was very happy with the service. Plumber came installed toilets. He told me the price before he start the job and i was happy with it. After the job was done the price still was the same. So far so good no leaks no problems.

Work Description: Find and repair leaking pipes that was part of an original plumbing system built in the 1930s.
Comments: The plumber was prompt and professional. He found the leaks and replaced the pipes and was very thorough. He said what he would probably need to do based on what he saw with the equipment he brought in to look at the problem. When he started the work the problem was what he said it was and he charged me what he said he would. There was one other problem that I found in another part of the house and he took care of that also at a very fair price. I would absolutely recommend him to others and use him again.
