Comments: Besides the fact that he always does such great work, Pete is always prompt and very polite. We rent our home and there's never any way to be sure who our landlord will send (usually it's the first available plumber) but I am always glad to see Pete; I know he does good work. I ask for him specifically when I put in service requests now (and while I have never had to wait long for him to show--like I said, he's very prompt--I would rather wait and have him fix the problem because I know he'll do it right the first time). I highly recommend him.

Work Description: Had to replace shower head and diverter.

Comments: Although it took us all winter this tiny project got done. Every Tuesday on my day off we scheduled time for repairs to be made and EVERY Tuesday it SNOWED! Pete is very professional, cleans up after himself and tries to work with you on what you are trying to accomplish. He was suppose to have returned to finish some caulking with a leaking issue but it seemed to have resolved on its own. I am mostly impressed that he offered to put in an access panel in the hole in the wall other companies would have left for me to close up on my own.

Pete worked several hours repairing both the floor and the previously bad plumbing work that needed redoing. The repair bill was reasonable, and the work was first rate.

Work Description: Very highly recommended. Pete did an excellent job installing a new water heater at my home. When I called him looking for an estimate, he was very courteous and friendly. He gladly gave me an estimate and also offered helpful information about what to look for when buying the new water heater. When the day arrived for the install, he showed up on time and was extremely professional and friendly as he went about his work, which he did quickly ... no dilly dallying. He explained everything he was doing and gave me some useful tips about maintaining the water heater and other plumbing concerns around the house. If anyone asks me if I know a good plumber, I'll say "No, I know a great plumber, Pete the Plumber!" Call him. You won't regret it.
