Work Description: Our water heater went out on a Sunday evening and we called Plumbing Masters. Tried other companies first and could not get through. Janice answered our call at Plumbing Masters and was very friendly and helpful. They dispatched a truck out to us and it got to our home within 30 minutes!! Super fast!! Jon arrived and was super friendly and helpful. He went to work right away assessing the problem and giving us a few options as far as fixing or replacing the water heater. We decided on a fix and Jon spent 3 hours of his Sunday evening fixing our water heater with a smile on his face the entire time. Couldn't have asked for better customer service than Jon provided. Would definitely use Pluming Masters again and ask for Jon!!
