Work Description: They came out to fix a reverse osmosis that had no pressure at all as well as a tub spout that was spraying water outside the tub.

Work Description: Removed a sewer cable stuck in sewer drain and replaced a section of sewer pipe and re-routed and replaced kitchen drain to main drain.
Comments: The work that was done looked good. I did feel that the Technician (Gilbert) who did most of the work did a good job; he seemed to be very knowledgeable at his craft. On the other hand, the field manager (Robert) I did not find to be very professional or reliable. It was my feeling that I was doing more to accommodate his needs during this job, than mine. The most dissatisfying thing during this job was the person that was hire to cut-out sections of my floor. This individual made some bad cuts that were over-cut and under-cut between the floor joists, it just seemed like they did not care. I was also disappointed with the fact that on a couple of occasions that I was told that they were going to be back at a certain time but never showed up. I was told Saturday that they would be back on Monday to replace the tube, but they never showed up or called. Honestly, this ranks up there with my worst experiences.

Comments: Charles did a great job, and was very good at explaining pricing up front--no hidden fees or anything. He also he helped me get in contact with Adams Reconstruction who came out to assess the water damage done to the house by the old water heater.
