Comments: Extremely quick callback and same day home visit. Perhaps a bit too eager to suggest other projects but did not react badly when I declined. A bit expensive, but I needed to have the work done ASAP so I considered the emergency nature of the call. This company was the only one of four who contacted me, so kudos for that!

Work Description: Greg came and fixed my toilet (made it work with the flapper I had since my toilet was not already set up to use that kind) with no problem. He was very polite, explained what he was doing, and gently asked for payment, which was not very high at all.
Comments: Rich's Plumbing told me they were sending someone out to give me a free estimate, but when Greg got here, he actually did the work and charged me on the spot. Since I had been told it would be just a free estimate, I did not have any cash on me and was a bit surprised by the whole situation. I wish the parent company had told me to expect to pay right away so I had money ready!

Work Description: Oil to gas conversion of water heater. This included running 70 feet of gas line to the house.
