Work Description: I had an apparant leak in my upstairs bathroom which cause the ceiling paint in the room below to peel. There was no water in sight anywhere. Also,they needed to snake out a 25 ft snake, not a real one, that had gotten sucked into my pipeline as I was trying to clear a poossible blockage.
Comments: Extremely courteous and prompt. I thought the price $325 for 30-45 minutes, to snake something out ,seemed rather excessive. But as I was not in a position to negotiate, it was not an issue that was discussed. Also, I could understand that the person who did the work probably does not set the prices. The only reason that I did not rate their service as excellent is because it remains to be seen if the problem that caused the ceiling paint to peel was resolved. Putting the price issue aside I do want to thank the guy who did the work. He was very courteous and persistant in clearing out the snake that was stuck in the pipeline. I would use Scede again if I had an emergency and would defintetly consider them for future work that I may have where I had the luxury to compare estimates.
